Abstract
YARD Ltd were contracted by the Department of Trade & Industry to be the review organisers for the PCTE+ programme. The intent was to encourage free and open commentary within the UK on the various documents produced as a result of applying military requirements to the PCTE interface specifications. As the documents became available they were distributed to a wide audience throughout UK industry, academia, military and civil government. Returning comments were collated and submitted to both the definition team and the international review co-ordinator in the Hague. A secondary aim of the review process was to make a wider audience throughout British industry aware of the potential of PCTE+
