Abstract
High dynamic range image (HDRI) is suitable for the real image, but its capture and display will require high end product with high price. For the common display and printer device, the HDR image must be transferred to limited dynamic range (HDR) image. The traditional tone mapping will occupy more computing time and resource. In this paper, we present a fast adaptive tone mapping optimal based on a new optimal object function. After the HDR image is normalized by the log operator, we use a mixed strategy to optimal its performance and computing time complexity. The experiments on several HDR images demonstrate its super performance.
