Abstract
This paper will discuss a precision curvature-compensated switched-capacitor CMOS bandgap reference. A monolithic prototype has exhibited average temperature drifts of 13.1 and 25.6ppm/° C over the
C and -58°C to 125° C ranges, respectively. A straight-forward room temperature trim procedure is employed.
