Abstract
In signal processing applications, it is becoming increasingly difficult to choose between analog and digital design approaches. This session will explore the relative merits of low cost analog versus digital signal processing (DSP) solutions, digital algorithmic techniques versus elegant analog approaches to high accuracy, and specialized "standard cell" slices versus full parallel DSP architectures.
