Abstract :
A 10th order lattice filter for use in speech recognition systems using switched capacitor techniques for filtering and digital circuitry for correlation and adaption will be reported. The analog components have been fabricated in metal gate CMOS (18,500mils2) with a power consumption of 108mW.
