Abstract :
A single chip with an anti-aliasing filter and 16b A/D converter fabricated in 5μ double poly NMOS will be reported. Performance specs include 86dB dynamic range, 40db power supply rejection, 0.025% FS integral linearity and 0.25 LSB differential linearity.
