  • Abstract
    By high-finesse cavity enhancement, we achieve 101plusmn9 MW/cm2 cw intracavity intensity on the surfaces of the cavity mirrors. No permanent damage to the mirrorspsila coating is found and distortion measurement of mirrorspsila surfaces is performed.
