Abstract
Orthogonal wavelets have been used successfully to improve the convergence of the least mean squares (LMS) algorithm. This gave rise to the wavelet transform-domain LMS algorithm (WTDLMS). In this paper a fast version of this algorithm is presented. This algorithm is then applied to the problem of adaptive channel equalization
