Abstract :
A dual 95 and 36 GHz side-looking airborne radar system has been developed for remote sensing applications. This paper describes the setup of this instrument, its main components, and signal processing technique. Results obtained during the first measurement campaign devoted to the investigation of oil films on river and lake surfaces are summarized
