Abstract :
The wetland vegetation biomass is an important measuring index of the health status of wetland ecosystem. This article takes the Honghe national wetland nature reserve as study area. And It introduces tasks of extracting the vegetation indexes in a narrow spectral region and extracting the vegetation indexes related to the biomass mentioned in the early literatures based on data pretreatment by using field spectral data. It is known by the calculation that there is the highest correlation between the normalized difference vegetation index comprised of the spectral reflectance at 745 nm wave band and at 645 nm wave band and wetland vegetation biomass. In addition, the correlation coefficient of ATSAVI and wetland vegetation fresh biomass reaches 0.85. Finally, this article introduces the task of establishing the estimation model for vegetation fresh biomass based on these two indexes.
