Abstract :
Soil carbon sequestration has been widely concerned in the world at present. DNDC model is used on evaluation soil carbon sequestration and regional carbon balance greatly and shows good results and application. This paper mainly assessed the applicability of the model by analyzing the proportional error between the experimental and simulated values of SOC. Result showed that the DNDC model could be successful used simulation and prediction the potential of soil carbon sequestration under different tillage treatments of double cropping rice field in Ningxiang, Hunan province. And the trend of the SOC and the efficiency of the carbon sequestration were simulated with DNDC model. Among them, the efficiency of no tillage with straw was the best and conventional tillage without straw was significantly worse than the other treatments. It indicates the efficiency of no-tillage will be the best choice for improving soil carbon sequestration in the future.
