Abstract
The preventive and therapeutic effects of DiLong oblatum are observed on free radical oxidative injury in mouse brain and testis after EMP radiation. Activity of SOD was detected by NBT method and content of MDA was detected by TBA method. Compared with control group, activity of SOD in brain and testis decreased significantly and content of MDA in brain and testis increased significantly after EMP radiation. The activity of SOD in brain and testis increased significantly and content of MDA in brain and testis decreased significantly if DiLong oblatum was administered to mouse before EMP radiation. The activity of SOD in brain increased significantly and content of MDA in brain decreased significantly if DiLong oblatum was administered to mouse after EMP radiation. DiLong oblatum had some preventive and therapeutic effects on free radical oxidative injury in mouse brain after EMP radiation. DiLong oblatum had some preventive effects on free radical oxidative injury in mouse testis after EMP radiation
