Abstract :
Prevention of flash flood disaster has become the focal point and difficult point in China´s flood control work. Nowadays, monitoring and early-warning system construction of flash flood disaster in China is still in the primary stage. In order to better servers for the prevention of flash flood disaster, it needs to continue to explore and improve, and gradually introducing modern science and technology. This paper proposed a design pattern of flash flood monitor and early warning platform based on numerical simulation. The main contents include: (1) establishment of Digital Modeling; (2) information collection and analysis based on GIS; (3) build flash flood disaster scenarios; (4) information display and output in 3D.
