            Abstract : 
This paper presents a design of the 10 kW DC switch power supply to meet the corresponding EMC demand. The 12-pulse rectifier and a novel PSFB ZVS PWM technology are proposed to reduce conduction interference and dv/dt (di/dt) of the main circuit. Some necessary methods are adopted in schematic diagram design, PCB layout, high frequency transformer technics and structure design. All these measures, tested by EMI experiment, are valid
