Abstract :
Land use planning information is the basic of the publics to participate in the land use planning. Issuing the information effectively and timely and accepting publics´ supervise is one of the most important approaches to make the planning success. In order to fix the shortage of the previous land use plan information issue system, this article uses the latest RIA WebGIS products, ArcGIS Server for Flex API, combined with the.NET Web Service, providing a good solution for the land use planning information issue system. With the characteristics of interface aesthetics, extensible, and good performance, the system can meet the requirements of publics participation in land use planning.
