Abstract
Recent multi-beam echo-sounders have two functions: bathymetry for iso-depths processing and sonar imagery which represents the variability of the acoustic interface. These sonar data are processed to get a cartographic representation commonly named mosaic. The construction of this image is based on the geometrical acquisition of the signal and on image processing techniques
