Abstract
Readjusting the water & sand is an unique important measure, and monitoring the affect utilizing RS is an significant method. The paper describers the Yellow River´s mouth´s import with silt and export with erode by analyzing the three groups RS datas, and tests and verifies the datas, and announces the relation between the import whih silt and expot with erode and added water & sand, and argues the energetic effect..
