Abstract :
A general billing method of NGN (new generation network) is analyzed and presented on the basis of comprehensively considering business type (data, voice, video, etc.), call type (local, district, long-distance, etc.), billing mode (based on time-period or traffic), QoS (Quality of Service) level, date and time. The method uses the above-mentioned factors as variables, with a group of formulas to solve the unified billing problems on NGN multi-business effectively.I.
