Failure modes, effects and criticality analysis (FMECA)

This brief presentation illustrates the methodology adopted by British Aerospace (BAe) Military Aircraft Division in order to generate a product that fulfils the aims given. From a broadly defined aim in the latter part of the last decade to the now more tightly defined product, it shows what problems have arisen and how BAe is managing to overcome them
