Abstract
It is well known that multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) wireless communication systems that employ multiple transmit and receive antennas can provide very high-rate data transmissions. We study an ARQ-BLAST scheme and use turbo codes as FEC. Based on the research, an ARQ-BLAST system with adaptive error control is presented in this paper. It provides the best tradeoff between throughput, delay time, and decoding complexity.
