Abstract :
This paper is about the new theory and modeling framework about emergency information rapid release, we defined and analyzed the connotation and extension of emergency information release, provide a hierarchical workflow-organizing operating model, upon which established a mechanism based on workflow assembly. This paper introduced a new approach-the symbol matrix and arithmetic of symbol extracting by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. By analyzing an example, the effectiveness and practice of the present method are proved.
