            Abstract : 
Marine cultural landscape is one of the important types of the new world heritage-cultural landscapes. It was being destroyed by progress of urbanized tourism development. Correctly disposing the relation of protection and development of marine cultural landscapes reasonably become a hot topic studied by people. Base on discussing the significance of protective exploitation of marine cultural landscape, the authors set out some basic principles of utilization of the landscape. At last, the authors put forward that legislation, project, succession, festival and base are main protective exploitative model of marine cultural landscape.
