Abstract :
This paper presents a novel algorithm to generate UWB pulses based on the bandwidth constraint set by FCC and the characteristics of Rayleigh pulse. Unlike other algorithms that only figure out one pulse, it is able to find out a range of α under the mask requirements. That is to say, it can scheme out a myriad of pulses. Furthermore, its principle is simple and pellucid for it is able to easily seek out n satisfying FCC mask by schematized version.
