  • Abstract
    This article introduced with emphasis that with the aid of the modern advanced network technology, the correspondence technology as well as the GIS technology, realizes the system integration of water resources monitoring manages and assistant decision, and introduced detailedly the network construction, the hardware construction and the system assistance decision function to realize real-time monitoring management.
