Abstract :
Astrospectroscopy and space geodesy have proved that the rotation rate of the Earth have multiple time scale which run from several hours to Geological time scale. The rotation rate of the Earth turn slow more and more based on analysis of fossil. As we known the obliquity of Earth have range from 21.6° 24.5° during the 41000 change cycle. The status of the general circulation of the atmosphere can affect the orbit parameter of the Earth. On the contrary, the orbit parameter of the Earth also has influence on the general circulation. Therefore the numerical simulation of the influence of orbit parameter (mainly are rotation rates and obliquity) on atmosphere were reviewed systematically in this paper. We suggest that it is necessary and feasible to do some research deeply in this field.
