Abstract :
The paper focuses on the periscope architecture of a dual reflector antenna planned to be used for a spaceborne single pass interferometric SAR instrument. This antenna architecture is considered as an attractive antenna solution for a high resolution space based radar instrument requiring at least two radiating apertures separated by an interferometric baseline distance of few tens of meters. The design and performances of the antenna are presented. Key challenges for this antenna solution are also discussed.
