Abstract :
In order to obtain clear expanded images, methods based on DCT coefficients, Wavelet coefficients or Laplacian pyramid have been proposed which are called super-resolution methods. Since these methods generate or emphasize high frequency components of an image signal, there are some problems such as occurring of ringing, block noise or noise in flat parts of images. In this paper, we propose a method based on a new approach using the hyper curved plane expressed by polynomials and the constraint hyper plane, which can be expected to solve the above problems.
