  • Abstract
    For solving the problem that microscopic image is much less than the operating region in wide scope micro-manipulation, a new solution was put forward and applied to develop whole microscopic image field by wavelet frequency-divided encoder. As a result, screen visual field is extended in two dimension so that multi-targets can be localized rapidly at the same time. In this paper a novel tool was offered for the rapid localization of micro-manipulation targets in wide scope microscopic images.
