Abstract :
According to problems of soil and water loss and soil degraded in red soil hillslope land exploitation of southern China, based on the research of investigation and trial, and taking Fujian province as an typical representative example, this paper systematically analyzed exploiting scale, current situation and a series eco-problems of soil and water conversation in recent years, revealed the mechanism of how hillside orchards loss happened and developed, defined the key period and key parts of topography, analyzed the cause of senescence of fruiters. On the theory of Ecological economics and sustainable development, the basis of reasonable exploitation and utilization of hillslope land resource, the paper proposed scientific planning, insisted on local conditions, promoted exploited quality, enhanced management of young orchards, carried on new technology of soil and water conversation, increased land coverage, controlled soil and water loss, built up comprehensive treatment of sustainable development and countermeasure of ecological regulation to eco-orchards.
