Study on the Relationship and Influence Factors between Land Use Change and Economic Development in Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt

This paper analyzes land-use status and the laws of dynamic changes in Liaoning coastal economic belt, analyzes correlation between plough, construction land and economic, and forecast the trends of land- use change. The result shows that there are significant correlation between plough, construction land expansion and economic development. And also confirm development zone is one of the main influence factors to promote the construction land expansion. At the last, we put forward some suggestions to control the regional construction land expansion.
