Abstract :
As one of important cloud detecting means, millimeter-wave cloud radar has been given more and more attention and research. This thesis mainly summarizes and analyzes the technical features and detecting capabilities of millimeter-wave cloud radar, and it describes the data applications of millimeter-wave cloud radar which contain researches of cloud structure features and analyses of typical weather phenomena. The summaries and researches from this paper can play an important referring and guiding role in carrying out related work of millimeter-wave cloud radar in China.
