Abstract :
A “sensorless” FAM controller, which requires knowledge of the DC link state only, is modelled in state space to determine the effect of controller gains on stability. These gains are then calibrated by physical interpretation. In addition, the induction machine is modelled by computer simulation to verify the validity of the calculations
