Abstract :
Grain storage has been practiced by human civilization since its beginning. It has been observed that due to humid conditions, the grains start germinating. This process is non reversible and hence destructive. This paper describes the experiments performed; to study the pattern of CO2 levels in the enclosed environmental conditions.
