Abstract :
This study presents results on the utility of Dammam gratings as a flexible tool to design practical frequency conversion devices with a grid in QPM response where the relative efficiency of the individual conversion channels can be arbitrarily adjusted. Hence, this allows for targeted conversion channel suppressions and arbitrary equalization of the grating channels.
