Abstract :
1. Media and Publishing industry works with people. There are no strict methodologies that prognoses direction of the industry. 1.1. Vague Requirements. The requirements are usually only `business requirements´. 1.2. Short Time To Market. It is always important for companies in Publishing industry to be the first. 1.3. Incomplete Requirements. Not all requirements are formulated at the beginning. 1.4. Floating Budget. The budget for project is floating due to the nature of media industry. 1.5. Quality Assurance. Media companies require quality of `first order´. 2. How agile can help companies in Media and Publishing industry. 2.1. Frequent deliveries help with 1.2, 1.3, 1.5 and 1.4 issues 2.2. We are always in contact with him. It covers 1.1 and 1.3 issues 2.3. Continuous and automated testing helps with 1.4 issue. 2.4. Development and support are the same. Helps with 1.2 issue.
