Abstract :
This paper discusses frequency locked pulsating regimes of semiconductor lasers subject to a delayed opto-electronic feedback. This study focuses on the frequency-locked (FL) pulsing states that appear in the case of negative feedback. A typical numerical bifurcation diagram simulating the experiments is shown. It reveals that the FL are multi-periodic regimes appearing between regions of quasi-periodic oscillations.
