Abstract
This study investigates the characteristics of chaos synchronization in semiconductor lasers subject to polarization-rotated optical feedback with time delay as an incoherent (injection-locking independent) coupling scheme. This paper also numerically calculates a model for the dynamics of two semiconductor lasers with polarization-rotated optical feedback.
