Abstract
The paper contains original results of the beyond-the-horizon field structure investigation carried out during experiments along marine paths in the north-western part of the Pacific Ocean, data concerning fast and slow fluctuations of the attenuation function, fluctuations of the angles of arrival and the signals phase fronts distortions along paths up to 500 km long. The data allow one to estimate the necessary sensitivity of the passive radar and the extreme accuracy of the target location
