Abstract :
Discrete phase-shifters are widely used in modern radars with phased-array antennas. So fast and exact measurement of phase-shifter parameters is important part of their production process. In the paper a design and parameters of the test-cradle for discrete p-i-n diode X-band phase-shifters are described.
