            Abstract : 
Resonant fluorescence on D2 line of Rb atomic vapour confined in a nano-cell with the gap thickness in the range of 50-500 nm and excited by laser diode radiation (λ = 780 nm) has been studied. The fluorescence spectra was detected in perpendicular direction to the laser-radiation direction.
