Abstract :
Experimentally studied the possibility of reducing the high voltage in a modified during the experiment, a mock-IV-1 "Hippocrates". This device is used as a source of negative air ions of oxygen to compensate for the positive ions in rooms with high-voltage equipment. Generator Negative air ions, the anode voltage, ions concentration, high-voltage devices in the laboratory. The possibility of reducing the voltage on the emitter of the generator air ions of oxygen through the optimization of its design from 22 to 16 KV at a concentration of negative air ions 3.1 * 104 cm-3.
