Abstract :
The article outlines the analysis of sensitivity of sector double-gap cavities to divergence of geometric and electronic parameters. Much consideration is given to the effect of changing the "internal" parameters upon the output characteristics of the device as a whole. The information makes it possible to eliminate permissible variations in the output parameters and characteristics at the stage of designing.
