Abstract :
Nowadays, the detection of protein protein interactions is performed mainly from experimental methods that are able to record thousands of them in a single experiment. In this contribution, we present the application of graph model on the protein protein interaction data analysis in order to detect protein complexes or discover the functionality of unknown proteins. Moreover, the most popular algorithmic strategies in this scientific field and software tools are described.
