Abstract :
This paper tries to apply systolic arrays to the computations of wavefront reconstruction in adaptive optics. According to LU-decomposition and the feature of the problem, the operating structure of the systolic array performing zonal wavefront reconstruction has been provided. Modal wavefront reconstruction can be realized by the systolic array performing the matrix-vector multiplication. The analysis result indicates that the wavefront reconstruction can be speeded up greatly by using systolic arrays
