  • Abstract
    A monolithic implementation of the analog signal processing for a full-duplex modem over twisted pair lines will be presented. The ratio of signal to distortion plus noise exceeds 65dB. The 53mm2chip fabricated in 3.mμm, twin-tub CMOS dissipates 200mW.
