Abstract :
PoRaC is an intensive programme (IP) on positioning systems via radio communications designed by Higher Education Institutions from Austria, Belgium, Finland, Greece and Spain to offer participating students an overview of RF positioning technologies and stimulate their creativity in finding novel applications for them. It is a two week program of lectures, workshops, field trips, games and projects organized in Antwerp, Belgium every February. The program, alongside its technological aspect has a cultural edge as well, bringing together students and faculties from five European countries in a multicultural environment, thus maximizing the benefits for both.
