  • Abstract
Based on step angle redivision method, a high performance control strategy for the switched reluctance motor (SRM) has been developed. This method can improve the positioning precision through torque control, which would build more stable zero points. By sensorless technology and more stable zero points, torque can be adjusted with current hysteresis-band controller to make SRM run smoothly. So this method can reduce torque ripple. Simulation and experiment test show that this method can reduce torque ripple and improve the positioning precision
