Abstract :
This paper proposes a feedforward artificial neural network solution to the channel assignment problem in cellular mobile communication systems. Specifically, the paper´s proposed approach of limited channel rearrangement is shown to equal the performance of the conventional algorithm with the advantage of being able to be implemented as a real time solution
