Abstract
The article gives a review of modern tools supported developing and adopting of a new model of book in the field of instrumentation & measurement. It includes a short description of the structure of the electronic book. The last part presents some details concerned to Web based distributed measurement systems, remote access to laboratory and virtual laboratory.
