Precision 1MHz capacitance standards using loss-free-type three-terminal capacitors

A methods for precise extrapolation of low frequency values of standard capacitors to higher frequencies has been developed. Theory, procedure and some experimental results, including both unshielded loss-free-type three-terminal capacitors constructed for this purpose and very small sized ceramic capacitors used as a reference standard for the measurement, are described.
